Aseana Three BPO Building will be part of the 107-hectare Aseana Business Park development along Manila Bay and Roxas Boulevard. The site is a corner lot bounded by Asean Ave. and Diosdado Macapagal Boulevard with an area of 3,134 sm and a building height of 55.80 meters.

Aseana Three BPO Building is the third building developed by the project proponent Aseana Holdings Inc. The 15-storey office building has a Gross Floor Area of approximately 47,800 sm. The concept is to have a building designed as a BPO building that is innovative in construction technology, cost effective, and flexible for its users on a per floor basis. The building will be sustainable, typhoon and earthquake resistant and adaptable to site in a coastal environment.
